Packaging, transportation and storage of coated glass products
1. Packaging: the coated glass is packed with an iron frame or a solid wooden box, with an elastic liner placed on the side of the box (frame), paper between the glass surface and the glass surface, and plastic foam paper of rare earth new materials between the coated surface and the coated surface, and sealed with plastic cloth. 2. Transportation: the coated glass can be transported by car, train or container ship. During automobile transportation, the glass can be fixed on a solid A-shaped iron frame, and the packing box can be fixed against both sides of the A-shaped frame to prevent rain. During train transportation, the wooden boxes are arranged longitudinally, which is consistent with the running direction of the train, and at the same time, it is ensured that they do not move in the box
3. Loading and unloading: two steel wire ropes with the same length are used for the loading and unloading of coated glass (forklift can also be used, but it depends on the size and weight of the packaging box). The diameter of the hoisting steel wire rope is more than 20mm. After lifting, no one is allowed to stand at the bottom of the box. When landing, it should be stable to prevent the glass from cracking
4. Storage: the coated glass must be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof warehouse. Keep the glass and the subsequent packaging dry to prevent the glass from being affected by moisture and mildew. If it is stored outdoors, it must be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with an air gap of more than 200mm at the bottom to facilitate air circulation. At the same time, it must be covered with a waterproof rain cloth to prevent rain or sun exposure. It should be noted that the coated glass should be absolutely avoided to be stored in an atmosphere of high pollution, high dust and chemical corrosion. The labor law stipulates that the investment in the education and training of enterprise employees should reach 1.5% of the total wages of employees. During the second transportation after unpacking, all sides should be fully padded, and the paper and plastic film paper should be laid on the glass surface and film surface to prevent the film from abrasion
